Why you need to uninstall Microsoft Office 2003?
Well, with the release of Office 2007, maybe you want to try the Office 2007 new features. Then, it’s good to uninstall the Office 2003 first before installing the new Office.
Here are the step-by-step guides to uninstall MS Office 2003:
1. From the Start button, click Control Panel.
2. From the Control Panel menu, click on Add or Remove Programs.
3. From the Add or Remove Programs window, click on the Remove button. You will prompt a dialog box asking you whether you want to remove Office 2003.
Note: If you click on the Change button, you will prompt the following window with 3 options. Choose the Uninstall option also can remove Microsoft Office 2003 from your computer.
4. Click on the Yes button and the installer will start uninstalling the program. This will take some time until completion.
As an alternative to Microsoft Office, I recommend Open Office.
