To add commands to the Quick Access ToolbarOpen the desired Office 2007 application.Go to the ribbon at the top of the application and locate the command you wish to add to the. The command can be any icon in the ribbon.Right-click the command and select Add to Quick Access Toolbar.

To place the Quick Access Toolbar below the ribbonOpen the desired Office 2007 application.Click the drop-down button at the end of the Quick Access Toolbar.From the Customize Quick Access Toolbar menu, select Show Below the Ribbon.

To minimize the ribbonOpen the desired Office 2007 application.Click the drop-down button at the end of the Quick Access Toolbar.From the Customize Quick Access Toolbar menu, select Minimize the Ribbon.To return the ribbon to its original state, repeat the above steps.Note: Keyboard shortcut, Ctrl+F1.
