Free Download PowerPoint Viewer 2007 Now!


Microsoft Office PowerPoint Viewer 2007 lets you view full-featured presentations created in PowerPoint 97 and later versions. You can view and print presentations, but you cannot edit them in the PowerPoint 2007 Viewer.

To download the free PowerPoint 2007 viewer, click here. Once downloaded, you need to install it to your PC. For instructions on how to install, use or remove the viewer from the PC, just follow the tutorials below.

To install the PowerPoint 2007 Viewer

  • Once you downloaded the PowerPointViewer.exe file, just double-click on the program file to start setup the program. The screen below will appears.

  • Check the box 'Click here to…' and click Continue button.
  • It will take some times to install the program and pop up a dialog box as follow.

  • Click OK button to complete the installation.

    To start the PowerPoint 2007 Viewer

  • From the Start menu under All Programs, click Microsoft Office PowerPoint Viewer 2007.
  • Click the Accept button to accept the License Agreement.
  • Then start using the program.

    To remove the PowerPoint 2007 Viewer

  • On the Start menu, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  • From the Control Panel, double-click on Add or Remove Programs.
  • In the list of currently installed programs, select Microsoft Office PowerPoint Viewer 2007(English) , and then click Remove button.

  • The PowerPoint 2007 Viewer is removed from the computer.
