"Amazing Outlook Shortcut Keys for Working with Contacts and Contact Card That You Can Forget Your Mouse!"
To start working with shortcuts, select a contact and type the first few letters of the name to make Outlook select the entry. (If you have configured Outlook to display the last names first, type a few letters of the last name; else, type a few letters of the first name.)
1.) Select the first contact in the list
2.) Select the last contact in the list
3.) Select the previous card
4.) Select the next card
5.) Select the nearest card in the column to the left
6.) Select the nearest card in the column to the right
7.) Select or deselect the current card
8.) Extend the selection to the next card
9.) Extend the selection to the previous card
10.) Extend the selection to the last card on the last page
11.) Extend the selection to the first card on the first page
12.) Extend the selection to the first card in the list
13.) Extend the selection to the last card in the list
14.) Display the New Call dialog box
15.) Select the Find a Contact box
You can use the following keyboard shortcuts when a contact card is selected.
16.) Move to the previous card
17.) Move to the next card
18.) Move to the first card in the list
19.) Move to the last card in the list
20.) Move to the first card on the previous page
21.) Move to the first card on the next page
22.) Move to the nearest card in the next column to the left
23.) Move to the nearest card in the next column to the right
When you've selected a field on a contact card, you can navigate by using the following keyboard shortcuts.
24.) Move to the next field in the active card
25.) Move to the previous field in the active card
26.) Move to the next field on the active card
27.) Switch the active field to Edit mode
28.) Add a line to a multiline field
29.) Move to the beginning of the line
30.) Move to the end of the line
31.) Move to the previous line in a multiline field
32.) Move to the next line in a multiline field
33.) Move to the beginning of a multiline field
34.) Move to the end of a multiline field
