"Outlook 2003 Shortcut Keys for Working with Outlook Categories"


Outlook 2003 shortcut keys can be used to switch instantly to different categories of items instead of the Go menu, the Navigation pane (in Outlook 2003), or the Outlook bar (in Outlook XP and 2000).

Here are the most commonly used shortcut keys for you to use immediately:


1.) Go to Mail
[Ctrl]+[1]

2.) Go to the Inbox
[Ctrl]+[Shift]+[I]

3.) Go to the Outbox
[Ctrl]+[Shift]+[O]

4.) Go to Calendar

11.) Display the Go to Folder dialog box

12.) Display the Go To Date dialog box

13.) Display the previous item

14.) Display the next item
[Ctrl]+[,]
