Free Download Excel Viewer 2007
With Excel Viewer 2007, you can open, view, and print Excel workbooks, even if you don't have Excel installed. You can also copy data from Excel Viewer to another program. However, you cannot edit data, save a workbook, or create a new workbook.To download the free Excel 2007 viewer,

Once downloaded, you need to install it to your PC. For instructions on how to install, use or remove the viewer from the PC, just follow the tutorials below.
To install the Excel 2007 ViewerOnce you downloaded the ExcelViewer.exe file, just double-click on the program file to start setup and the following screen will display.
By accepting the License Agreement, check ‘I accept the…’ and click the Next button to continue.
You can choose different location to install the Excel Viewer. However, you can just accept the default install location by clicking on the Install button. It will take some times to complete the installation. The following screen will pop up when finish.
Click OK button to complete the installation.
To start the Excel 2007 ViewerFrom the Start menu under All Programs, click Microsoft Office Excel Viewer.When the first screen appear, click OK button. Then the Open dialog box will display.
From the Look in drop-down menu, click the drive, or folder that contains the file you want to open. In the folder list, locate the file, or locate and open the folder that contains the file. Click the file, and then click Open.
To remove the Excel 2007 ViewerOn the Start menu, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.From the Control Panel menu, double-click on Add or Remove Programs.In the list of currently installed programs, select Microsoft Office Excel Viewer, and then click Remove button.
A dialog box will pop-up, click Yes and Excel viewer 2007 will be remove from the computer.
