Excel includes several shortcuts for applying and removing an outline border by using the keyboard. This tutorial will discuss the Excel shortcut key in more details:

1. Apply an outline border
[Ctrl]+[Shift]+[&]

2. Remove the outline border
[Ctrl]+[Shift]+[_]

3. Toggle the left border on the selected cells
[Alt]+[L]

4. Toggle the right border on the selected cells

5. Toggle the top border on the selected cells

6. Toggle the bottom border on the selected cells
