Print Preview is easy to control with the mouse, but you can also navigate effectively with the keyboard if you know which keys to press. Here I show you the essential 5 print preview shortcut keys.

1. Display to the first page of the print area
[Ctrl]+[↑]

2. Display the last page of the print area
[Ctrl]+[↓]

3. Display the previous page
[PageUp]

4. Display the next page
[PageDown]

5. Move around the page
[→], [←], [↓], [↑]

Note: Those shortcuts works only when Print Preview is zoomed out.
